The NLL announced five new rules, or new interpretations of the rules, or tweaks of the rules, or something. I predict they will have no impact on the game in 2012, and not because the referees won't enforce them.

Toronto Rock Off-Season Updates
Since the Rock won the Championship in May a lot has happened in terms of the roster.
- Watson retired as a first ballot hall of famer.
- Trade with Colorado.
- Trade with Washington.
- Trade with Minnesota.
